Boot Camp 10 high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning LOTS of calories.

PiYo A blend of Pilates/Yoga, sports stretching, dance stretching, athletics and more.

Spinning An indoor cycling aerobic exercise designed to burn calories to help lose weight.

Turbo Kick A fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout burning up to 1,000 calories an hour!

Yoga Fundamentals An introduction to the physical, mental and spiritual disciplines originating in ancient India.

Yoga for Runners Improve the core elements of running with Iyengar style yoga focusing on increasing flexibility, core strength plus opening the hips and chest.

Triple Threat All 3 components your body needs to keep a healthy active lifestyle: Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. Burn calories, build muscle plus a nice stretch.

Zumba Combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective cardiovascular workout.
